•SHASHLIKS WITH POLISH SAUSAGE•

A simple and extremely tasty dish being an alternative to
traditional shashliks. To the whole we add polish sausage!

Ingredients:

- 3 sticks of Polish sausage
- 3 large carrots
- 4 medium onions
- 1 chicken breast (+ salt, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika)
- 30 dag of minced pork (+1 diced onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper)
- oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- skewer sticks
- 1 sprig of rosemary for decoration

Preparation:

Mix minced meat with onion, egg, salt and pepper, form small balls and fry in a pan with hot oil. Remove from the pan and drain. Cut the chicken breast into 2 cm cubes, season with salt and sweet paprika and fry gently. Remove from pan and drain. Peel the onions and carrots and cut into ½ cm rings. Polish sausage cut into centimeter rings. Poke the ingredients alternately on the skewers in any way you like. At the beginning and at the end of the shashlik there should be a carrot, which will strengthen its structure. When ready, sprinkle the shashliks with thyme, place on an aluminum tray and grill on a medium-hot grill for about 20-30 minutes. The shashliks can also be cooked in the oven.
